摘要
盗窃案件作为侵财类案件中的高发案件,其发案数多、破案率相对不高是当前的一种常态。作为一类典型的“小案”,其发展变化有着一定的规律特点,且规律特点也是一个动态发展变化的过程。通过系统比较我国具有代表性的四地盗窃案件统计数据,可以从中总结出当前我国盗窃案件的一些新的规律特点,这些规律特点便于在侦查工作中提出切实可行且有针对性地侦防对策,从而为侦查实践中侦办盗窃案件提供理论指引,不断提高盗窃案件的侦查质量和水平。
Theft as a high incidence of money infringement cases occurs frequently but the detention rate is relatively low.As a typical“small case”,its development and change has certain regular characteristics,and the development of the regular characteristics is also a process of dynamic development and change.By systematically comparing the statistical data of theft cases in four representative places in China,we can sum up some new characteristics of theft cases at present,which are convenient to put forward feasible and targeted investigation countermeasures in the investigation work so as to provide theoretical guidance for the investigation and handling of theft cases in investigation practice and constantly improve the investigation quality and level of theft cases.
