面向脑卒中偏瘫患者的新型运动康复治疗仪设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对常规的脑卒中偏瘫患者运动康复治疗仪,仪器使用安全性偏低的问题,设计一个面向脑卒中偏瘫患者的新型运动康复治疗仪。该治疗仪选用控制性能更加完善的单片机构成新式开发板,采集仪器信号,利用光电耦合器在仪器两端设计行程开关电路,选取屏蔽双绞线连接通讯接口实现半双工通讯,使用触摸显示屏幕与外设语音控制芯片设计仪器的显示模块和语言模块,对压力传感器传送的数据下达预警指令。设置治疗仪病症治疗程序,至此完成了新型运动康复治疗仪的设计。实验结果表明:与常规治疗仪相比,所设计的新型运动康复治疗仪,其安全系数高于预设标准值,并比常规治疗仪的使用安全系数提高了6.73%,因此,所设计的治疗仪安全性更高,更适合现阶段脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复治疗。 Aiming at the low safety of the conventional exercise rehabilitation apparatus for stroke hemiplegia patients,a new exercise rehabilitation apparatus for stroke hemiplegia patients was designed.The therapeutic apparatus with control performance is improved by single-chip computers to from the new development board.It aequired instrument signal.Travel switch circuit is designed by photoelectric coupler on both ends of the instrument design.The shielded twisted-pair cable is seleeted to comnect communication interface to realize half duplex communication.The touch screen and peripherals voice control chip design of instrument module,are selected to design display module and language warning module for instructions and the early warning is issured.Setting up the treatment program of therapeutic instrument disease,so far the design of the new exercise rehabilitation treatment instrument is completed.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional therapeutic apparatus,the safety coefficient of the new designed exercise rehabilitation apparatus is higher than the preset standard value and 6.73%higher than that of the conventional therapeutic apparatus.Therefore,the designed therapeutic apparatus is safer and more suitable for the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia at the present stage.
