摘要
在集气管压力调节控制控制系统中,集气管压力控制在一定范围内,控制不好就会频繁波动,导致焦炉跑烟冒火,炉墙窜漏、增加烟筒硫排放,对焦炉环保和安全生产制约很大。同时加剧焦炭烧损,减少煤气和化工产品收率,影响经济效益。因此必须采取切实有效的技术措施对集气管压力进行平衡和稳定控制。由于焦炉集气管压力的影响因素非常复杂,现有的DCS控制系统难以实现其稳定控制,成为焦化行业性控制难题。使用模糊控制具有控制灵活,精度高,适用性强的特点。
If it is not well controlled,it will fluctuate frequently,leading to coke oven smoke and fire,furnace wall leakage and sulfur emission from smoke-increasing cylinder,which greatly restricts coke oven environmental protection and safe production.At the same time,increasing coke burning reduces the yield of gas and chemical products,and affects economic benefits.The therefore effective technical measures must be taken to balance and stabilize the gas collector pressure.Because the influence factors of coke oven gas collector pressure are very complex,the existing DCS control system.Is difficult to achieve its stable control,which is a difficult problem for coking industry control.Fuzzy control has the characteristics of flexible control,high precision and strong applicability.
