摘要
马来西亚一直是"一带一路"倡议最为坚定的支持者之一。尽管马来西亚在2018年5月经历了政府换届,可能在一些项目上有变数,但是新政府已经表达了对该倡议的继续支持。本文主要总结前总理纳吉布任内,中国和马来西亚在"一带一路"倡议框架下在5个互联互通领域内的合作(政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通和民心相通),同时也讨论了马哈蒂尔带领下新政府对"一带一路"倡议的看法。在总结"五通"合作所取得的成就的基础上,本文指出双方合作面临的挑战以及应加强的领域。
Malaysia has been one of the most supportive countries of the Belt and Road Initiative.Although Malaysia experienced a change of government in May 2018,the new government has pledged its continual support of the Initiative,notwithstanding some issues with a few projects.While the major part of the paper reviews developments between Malaysia and China in the cooperation of the five areas of connectivity under the Belt and Road Initiative(policy coordination,infrastructure connectivity,trade facilitation,financial integration,people-to-people exchange)under the previous government of Najib Abdul Razak,it will also discuss how the new government under Mahathir Mohammad sees the Belt and Road Initiative.While recognizing the achievements made in the five areas of connectivity,this paper also points out the challenges and the aspects that need to be strengthened.
