摘要
目的掌握深圳市宝安区石岩街道部分企业在岗职工职业健康状况,分析存在的问题并提出相应建议,为制订相应的控制措施提供参考。方法收集整理2016年在深圳市宝安区石岩预防保健所进行职业健康检查的102家企业8911例在岗员工的资料,分析在岗员工不同职业病危害因素在不同类型不同行业企业分布情况。结果2016年本街道共有102家企业在岗员工8911例进行职业健康检查,共检出职业禁忌证157例(1.76%),疑似职业病12例(0.13%),疑似职业病主要分布在小微企业、港、澳、台商投资企业、非金属矿物制品业和噪声接触人群;不同规模企业、不同经济类型企业、不同行业和不同职业病危害接触人群之间疑似职业病检出率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小微企业、港、澳、台商投资企业、非金属矿物制品业是本街道职业健康的重点监管企业行业,噪声和苯系物是本街道应重点监测的职业病危害因素,需充实现有的监管力量,加强监管力度,完善现有的监督管理体系,实现全覆盖式监督。
Objective To master the occupational health status of some on-service enterprises’employees in Shiyan Street of Baoan District in Shenzhen,analyze the existing problems and provide reference for making corresponding control measures.Methods To collect and sort out 8911 on-service employees of102 enterprises who had occupational health examination in Shiyan Preventive Health Care Center of Baoan District in Shenzhen in 2016,analyze the distribution of different occupational hazard factors of onservice enterprises’employees of different types and industries.Results In 2016,totally 8911 on-service workers from 102 enterprises in Shiyan Street were examined for occupational health,and 157 people(1.76%)were found with occupational contraindication and 12 people(0.13%)with suspected occupational diseases.The suspected occupational diseases mainly distributed in small and micro enterprises,Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan investment enterprises,non-metallic mineral products industry and people exposed to noise.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of suspected occupational diseases among enterprises of different sizes,enterprises of different economic types,industries and people exposed to different occupational hazards(P<0.05).Conclusion Small and micro enterprises,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises,non-metallic mineral products industry were the key point of this street occupation health supervision enterprises,noise and benzene series were the main occupational hazards to be monitored in the street.It was necessary to beef up the existing regulatory forces,strengthen the supervision and improve the existing supervision and management system to achieve full coverage supervision.
