摘要
科技企业是推动我国创新发展的重要主体,但由于自身资金需求量大、经营不稳定等原因,时常陷入资金短缺的"等米下锅"困境,而知识产权是科技企业资产的重要组成部分,知识产权得以质押融资是解决此困境的良药。因此,本文基于质押融资视角,对科技企业知识产权价值评估的研究现状进行分析,以期对我国知识产权质押融资评估提供理论参考。
Science and technology company is the essential factor to promote Chinese innovation and development.However,due to their large capital demand and unstable operation,they often fall into the dilemma of shortage of funds.Intellectual property is an important part of the assets of science and technology enterprises,and the pledge financing of intellectual property is an effective medicine to solve this dilemma.Therefore,based on the perspective of pledge financing,this paper analyzes the status of intellectual property valuation of science and technology enterprises,in order to provide theoretical reference for intellectual property pledge financing evaluation.
