注水管柱逐级解封解卡安全丢手工具的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对冀东油田多级分层注水管柱在打捞过程由于封隔器较多导致管柱解卡载荷大、起出困难,容易造成大修等问题,设计研制了注水管柱逐级解封解卡安全丢手工具。该工具主要由外套和中心管组成,采用脱节式结构(多级销钉)并设计了连通孔,启动后实现油套连通,消除压差对管柱打捞的影响;中心管长沟槽结构可提供解封行程,实现多级封隔器逐级解封,降低解封负荷;管柱遇卡时,拔断解卡销钉,管柱可从逐级解封解卡装置处脱开,脱开后进行逐级打捞,避免造成大修。现场应用120余井次,实现注水管柱分级打捞76井次,启动力28 t,丢手负荷32 t,分层管柱大修率由56%下降至24%。现场应用情况表明,逐级解封解卡安全丢手工具的结构简单合理,可操作性强,可有效降低多级分层注水管柱大修概率,具有良好的推广应用前景。 During the fishing process of multi-stage layered water injection pipe string in Jidong Oilfield in Jidong Oilfield,a large number of packers will lead to the heavy load of releasing stuck pipe string and difficult lifting,which can easily cause problems such as overhole.To solve this problem,a safe release tool for step-by-step releasing stuck is designed and developed in this paper.The tool is mainly composed of a sleeve and a central pipe,the disjointed structure(multi-stage pins)and the connecting holes are designed to realize the connection of tubing and casing and elimilation of pressure difference effect on string fishing after start-up;the long groove structure of the central pipe can provide the unset stroke,realizing the step-by-step release of the multistage packer and reducing the load;if the pipe string is stuck,the string can be removed from the step-by-step release tool by removing the release pin,and then fished step by step,avoiding intervention.The starting force of the tool is 28 t,the release load is 32 t,it have been used in more than 120 wells in the field,among which the water injection string has been fished for 76 times,and the overhaul rate of layered pipe string has been decreased from 56%to 24%.The field application shows that the structure of the step-by-step release tool is simple,reasonable and operable,which can effectively reduce the probability of overhaul of multi-stage layered pipe string,and has good application prospects.
