摘要
随着油气田勘探开发向着更深的地层发展,油气田管线开始逐步使用双相不锈钢,既能满足管道抗腐蚀性能,又能耐高压。而由于成本的原因,一般只在站内部分采用双相不锈钢,站外仍采用碳钢进行介质的输送。由于高压及站内外管线材质不同的关系,连接站内外的管道关键防腐元件整体式绝缘接头的研制成为了难点。为此,通过对油气站场25MPa高压双金属整体式绝缘接头的的研制、提高绝缘接头的密封性能及电绝缘性能等技术创新,填补了国内空白,形成了油气站场高压双金属整体式绝缘接头设计与制造检验技术,对高压油气田、储气库等工程建设具有重要意义。
With the development of oil and gas field exploration and development towards deeper strata,duplex stainless steel is gradually used in oil and gas field pipelines,it can not only meet the corrosion resistance of the pipeline,but also withstand high pressure.Due to cost reasons,duplex stainless steel is generally only used in the station part,carbon steel is still used outside the station pipeline for medium transport.Due to the high pressure and the different materials of pipelines inside and outside the station,it is difficult to develop the insulation joint of the key anti-corrosion component connecting the pipelines inside and outside the station.Therefore,through the development of 25MPa high-pressure bimetallic integrated insulated joint of oil and gas station yard and the improvement of the sealing performance and electrical insulation performance and other technological innovations,the domestic gap has been filled,the design and manufacturing technology of high-pressure bimetallic integrated insulated joint of oil and gas station yard has been formed,which is of great significance for the construction of high-pressure oil and gas fields,gas storage and other projects.
