摘要
目的比较长、短视频模式对孕妇孕期健康教育的效果,探索新媒体时代下妇幼健康教育传播的新途径。方法选取2021年4—12月在四川省成都市妇女儿童中心医院建卡的孕妇为调查对象,根据观看的视频长短分组,向短视频组推送时长<4 min的六大板块的母婴健康相关知识视频,向长视频组推送时长4~10 min不等的六大板块的母婴健康相关知识视频。两组孕妇观看六大板块视频的内容、拍摄制作人员及传播平台均相同,仅视频时长不同。观看视频前后分别用问卷星调查母婴健康相关知识的掌握情况,对两组孕妇完整观看视频的完成率、观看前后答题得分差值进行比较分析。结果短视频组观看总人数1866例,完整观看人数240例,完整观看率为12.86%;长视频组观看总人数1545例,完整观看人数183例,完整观看率为11.84%;两组孕妇完整观看视频的完成率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组孕妇在孕期营养与体重管理、分娩方式选择与应对、母乳喂养3个方面观看前后得分差值的比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且长视频组的得分差值高于短视频组。两组观看视频后答题分值均有提高,短视频组总平均分提高13分,长视频组总平均分提高20分,两组在知识掌握情况答题得分上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于云平台推送视频的健康教育模式在孕期健康教育中效果良好,长视频在提高系统性获取妇幼健康知识方面优于短视频,可将视频传播的健康教育方式推广应用于其他孕期妇女健康教育中。
Objective To compare the effects of long vs.short video modes on health education during pregnancy,so as to explore effective new ways of maternal and child health communication in the new media era.Methods Pregnant women who registered at Chengdu Women’s and Children’s Central Hospital from April to December 2021 were recruited.They were divided into long and short video groups.The 2 groups received videos of maternal and infant health related knowledge from six sectors with a duration<4 and 4-10 minutes respectively.Except for the length of these videos,the content,production personnel,and broadcast platform of the six sectors provided to the two groups were identical.Before and after watching videos,questionnaire were used to investigate their awareness of maternal and infant health related information.Results Totally 240 out of 1866 women in short video group(12.86%),while 183 out of 1545 women(11.84%)in long video group watched complete video,no significant difference was found between 2 groups(P>0.05).Compared with short video group,the scores of the long video group before and after watching videos were significant higher in terms of pregnancy nutrition and weight management,option and reaction to delivery mode,and breast feeding(all P<0.05).After watching videos,the average score of the short video group increased by 13 points,while that of the long video group increased by 20 points(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education model of video delivery based on cloud platform is effective in health education during pregnancy.Long video is better than short video in improving systematic achievement of maternal and child health knowledge.The health education method of video transmission can be applied to other health education for pregnant women.
