摘要
本研究介绍了杭州市《出生医学证明》掌上申请模式的开展情况,对掌上申请模式的构思、信息系统的搭建融合、试点运行等进行了详细阐述。截至2020年12月,杭州市82.15%的产妇选择了《出生医学证明》掌上申请,群众获得感和满意度得到了提升,此模式取得了良好成效。
This study introduced handheld application mode of“medical birth certificate”in Hangzhou,and elaborated the concept of this mode,the construction and integration of information system,and the pilot operation in detail.Up to December 2020,82.15%of the puerpera in Hangzhou chose to use handheld application.The sense of gain and satisfaction of the masses have been improved,and this model has achieved good results.
