危机学习的低效溯源与优化提升——基于32份事故调查报告的学习阶段探究

摘要 事故调查报告是危机学习的重要依据,但基于事故调查报告发现危机学习的不同阶段存在问题和不足。基于近10年来32份特别重大事故调查报告的文本统计分析,并借助艾略特的危机学习三阶段理论,分别从危机知识获取、知识转移和知识同化三个阶段来阐述事故调查报告在危机学习中的利用局限,总结出了知识获取内容质量欠佳、知识转移过程阻滞不畅,知识同化形式应付对待等问题。因此,为提升事故调查报告的实用性和利用率,针对性地提出了完善制度流程,更新应用技术工具以及转变思想理念等政策建议,更好的发挥事故调查报告作为纽带和链接的中介作用。 Accident investigation report is an important tool for crisis learning,but there are dilemmas in the crisis learning stage.Based on the statistical analysis of the word frequency of 32 investigation reports of particularly serious accidents in the past 10 years,and with the help of Elliot's three-phase theory of crisis learning,the limitations of the use of accident investigation reports in crisis learning are elaborated from the three phases of crisis knowledge acquisition,knowledge transfer and knowledge assimilation,and problems such as poor quality of the knowledge acquisition content,poor knowledge transfer process blockage,and knowledge assimilation forms of coping with the treatment are summed up.The problems are summarised.Therefore,in order to improve the usefulness and utilisation of accident investigation reports,policy recommendations are put forward to improve the system process,update the application of technological tools and change the ideological concepts,so as to better play the intermediary role of accident investigation reports as a bond and link.
