摘要
随着5G网络建设的不断深入,5G无线通信技术在视频智能识别技术、集群对讲和视频会议、智能交通、车载监控、家庭安防、智能家居等无线领域以及智慧城市的建设等起到积极推动作用。这类5G通讯模块现在技术要求已经换成HDI高精密度板,对PCB的精密度要求越来越高,在品质要求和制作工艺越来越复杂。文章阐述一款10层HDI的线路板在制程过程中的难点与解决方案,供业界同行参考和借鉴。
With the continuous deepening of 5G network construction,5G wireless communication technology plays an active role in intelligent video identification technology,group intercom and video conference,intelligent transportation,vehicle monitoring,home security,smart home and the construction of smart city.Now the technical requirements of this kind of 5G communication module have been replaced by HDI high-precision board.The precision requirements of PCB are higher and higher,and the quality requirements and manufacturing process are more and more complex.This paper describes the difficulties and solutions of a 10 layer HDI PCB in the process of manufacturing for reference in the industry.
