摘要
随着经济发展及社会文明的进步,生态文明发展程度已成为影响县域经济发展的重要指标之一。本文从生态文明的角度出发,以国内现有相关研究为基础,采取多种方法结合的综合分析法,通过预选和筛选等措施,以湖南省为背景,确定34个具体评价县域经济竞争力指标,并结合生态文明发展需要赋予一定权重值使其量化。该县域经济竞争力评价指标体系由4个一级指标,34个二级指标构成,其中一级指标经济发展(35%)、社会发展(15%)、文化基础(15%)、生态环境(35%),各二级指标也都有一定权重值。
With the development of the economy and the progress of social civilization,the development degree of ecological civilization has become one of the important indicators affecting the development of the county economy.From the perspective of ecological civilization,based on the existing domestic relevant research,this paper adopts a comprehensive analysis method combining various methods,through pre-selection and screening and other measures,and takes Hunan Province as the background,determines 34 specific indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of county economy,and gives them a certain weight value to quantify in combination with the development needs of ecological civilization.The county economic competitiveness evaluation index system consists of 4 primary indicators and 34 secondary indicators,of which the primary indicators are economic development(35%),social development(15%),cultural foundation(15%),and ecological environment(35%),and each secondary indicator also has a certain weight value.
