摘要
随着中国力量的强势崛起和中国智慧、中国方案的广泛传播,中国愈来愈靠近世界舞台中心。但就中国今天的综合实力而言,中国的国际话语权与自身体量比例严重失调。当今,国际政治在一定程度上已经成为话语权政治,各国对权力和利益的诉求往往进行了更多的话语包装,国际话语权的竞争开始大行其道。中央文献翻译作为中国声音的传声筒,是建立国际话语权的基础。本文将主要从如何保证译文的政治正确和面对中国特色词汇采用何种翻译策略展开,就中央文献译者如何传递好中国声音进行讨论。在本文末尾简单列举了当代中央文献译者需要具备的业务外技能,作为对文献翻译信息化这一当代特点的补充。
As China’s power is rising strongly and Chinese wisdom and solutions are spread widely,China is getting closer to the center of the world stage.However,its international right of speech is severely out of all proportion to the overall strength of today China.Currently,international politics has become "politics of discourse power" to some extent,and countries often have more "discourse packaging" in their appeals for their own power and interests.As a consequence,the competition of international discourse power begins to flourish.The translation of the CPC documents represents China’s voice,and is the foundation of establishing its right of speech worldwide.This paper discusses how to convey China’s voice effectively by translating the CPC documents,by focusing on how to ensure the political correctness of the document translation and which translation strategies can be adopted in translating the words with Chinese characteristic.At the end of the paper,the author briefly lists the nonprofessional skills that contemporary translators in the CPC documents need to have,and such skills serve as a supplement to the IT application of document translation that is a feature in today China.
