摘要
‘集美’是从实生单株中选育出的抗寒桃品种。树势中庸,果实心形,桃嘴微尖,表皮多绒毛。果个中等,平均单果质量84.57 g,果皮底色乳黄,顶部深红色,向阳面着红色,皮薄易剥离。果肉红色,近核处深红色,离核。肉质软溶,丰厚多汁,风味酸甜,香气浓郁。可溶性固形物含量13.2%,总酸含量8.5 g·L^(-1),维生素C含量60.92 mg·kg^(-1)。果实在室温条件下可贮藏6~10 d。成熟早,抗寒,丰产,年平均产量24 999.3 kg·hm^(-2)。
’Jimei’ is new peach cultivar selected fromseedling.It has excellent characteristics such as early maturity,strong cold resistance,high yield.The vigor of growth is moderate.The fruit shape is cordate with acuminate top and hairy peel.It has medium fruit size,and the average weight of single fruit is 84.57 g.The pericarp is creamy yellow with dark red at the top and red on the sunny side.The skin is thin and easy to peel off.The fruit flesh is red,and it is dark red near the pit.It is freestone.The fruit with a strong aroma is soft,juicy,delicious,and it tasete slight sweet and sour.The average content of soluble solids,total acid and vitamin C were 13.2%,8.5 g·L^(-1)and 60.92 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The fruit can be stored at room temperature for 6 to 10 days.The average yield per year is 24 999.3 kg·hm^(-2).
