摘要
目的分析我国老年人体医融合的研究动态,探讨我国老年人体医融合研究的动态与演化趋势。方法以中国知网中2014—2021年发表的老年人体医融合文献中的主题词作为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件进行科学计量和可视化分析。结果共纳入相关文献600篇,自2016年以来文章逐渐增多,已形成多核心研究团队,但未形成大范围群体间合作。老年人侧重有氧运动,骨密度问题关注较多,部分地区已将运动疗法作为某些疾病的治疗手段。结论纵观8年来老年人体医融合的发展,研究热点从传统体育运动转变到部分疾病的运动干预,最后逐渐侧重一级预防,从“治已病”向“治未病”转变。
Objective The purpose of this study was to thoroughly explore the current research trends in sports and medical integration for the elderly in China,and determine the dynamics and evolutionary trends.Methods We collected literature on sports and medical integration for the elderly in the CNKI database from 2014-2021.The subject terms in these documents were designated as research objects.The software,CiteSpace,was used for scientific measurement and visualization analysis.Results A total of 600 valid documents were retrieved.The number of related articles has gradually increased since 2016.A multi-core research team was formed,but there was no large-scale inter-group cooperation.The elderly focus on aerobic exercise.Bone density has received more attention.In some areas,exercise therapy has been used as a treatment for various diseases.Conclusion Throughout the development of sports and medical integration for the elderly in the past 8 years,the research focus has shifted from traditional sports to specific exercises for disease intervention,and has gradually focused on primary prevention,from"treatment of existing diseases"to"prevention of diseases".
