自我效能护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能及心理状态的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探讨自我效能护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能及心理状态的影响。方法选择联勤保障部队909医院于2016年5月—2017年5月治疗的慢性心力衰竭的患者126例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组应用常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上应用自我效能护理干预,干预3个月后,比较两组心理状况、自我效能感。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自我效能评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我效能护理可提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能感,改善心理状态,有利于预后。
