丹参多酚酸盐联合无创通气治疗矽肺合并肺心病的临床效果 被引量:3

Clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with noninvasive ventilation on patients with silicosis complicated with cor pulmonale

摘要 目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合无创通气治疗矽肺合并肺心病的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月阳谷县人民医院诊治的矽肺合并肺心病患者104例作为研究对象。根据就诊时间的先后将患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组予以基础治疗+无创通气干预;研究组在对照组的治疗基础上增加丹参多酚酸盐治疗,对比两组治疗前后包括实际最大通气量/预计值(MVV%)、肺活量/预计值(FVC%)、1秒用力呼气容积/预计值(FEV1%),血氧饱和度(SAO2)、二氧化碳分压(PACO2)、血氧分压(PAO2)等。结果对比治疗后两组MVV%、FVC%、FEV1%水平研究组高于对照组;治疗后两组患者动脉气血相关指标均有改善,研究组SAO2(93.31±9.56)%、PACO2(49.75±4.75)mm Hg、PAO2(91.38±2.32)mm Hg,与对照组SAO2(78.85±7.67)%、PACO2(57.82±3.73)mm Hg、PAO2(79.25±2.34)mm Hg比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(92.31%vs.75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(9.62%vs.7.69%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论矽肺合并肺心病采用丹参多酚酸盐联合无创通气干预,能够显著提高临床效果,并可帮助患者减轻痛苦,不良反应少。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with noninvasive ventilation on patients with silicosis complicated with cor pulmonale.Methods Totally 104 patients with silicosis complicated with cor pulmonale in Yanggu County People’s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given noninvasive ventilation intervention and basic treatment.The study group added salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols on the basis of treatment in the control group.Before and after treatment,levels of respiratory function indicators including actual maximum ventilation/predicted value(MVV%),vital capacity/predicted value(FVC%),forced expiratory volume in one second/predicted value(FEV1%),blood oxygen saturation(SAO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PACO2),partial pressure of blood oxygen(PAO2)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of MVV%,FVC%,FEV1%in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the related indexes of arterial blood gas were improved in both groups,and there were significant differences betweeen the study group and the control group[SAO2:(93.31±9.56)%vs.(78.85±7.67)%;PACO2:(49.75±4.75)vs.(57.82±3.73)mm Hg;PAO2:(91.38±2.32)vs.(79.25±2.34)mm Hg;all P<0.05].Total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control(92.31%vs.75.00%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(9.62%vs.7.69%,P>0.05).Conclusion Applicationof salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with silicosis complicated with cor pulmonale can significantly improve the clinical effect,alleviate the suffering of patients,and it has less adverse reactions.
