摘要
针对硅钢片的激光切割质量进行研究。基于回归正交设计理论,建立正交方程旨于快速找出最佳工艺参数以缩短生产加工时间。采用回归正交设计将实验结果与工艺参数建立数学方程。通过方差分析得出重要的影响因素从而进一步优化方程,该方程的理论计算结果与实际结果误差在1%左右,但方程要在指定的工艺参数范围内使用才具有精确的结果。通过MATLAB对方程进行三维拟合,结果表明方程能够得出极值,进一步证明回归正交方程对激光切割硅钢片具有一定的预测作用。
This research aims to carry out the experiment on the quality of laser cutting silicon steel.The optimum parameters were found quickly by establishing the orthogonal equation to shorten the processing time with regression orthogonal design.The mathematical equation was established between the experimental results and the process parameters based on orthogonal design.Those important influencing factors were obtained by anova to further optimize the equation whose error between the theoretical calculation result and the actual result was about 1%,but the accurate result can only be obtained if the equation is used within the specified range of process parameters.The results show that the equation was fitted in three dimensions by MATLAB can get the extreme value,which further proves that the regression orthogonal equation has certain predictive effect on laser cutting silicon steel sheet.
