基层艾滋病防控人员工作意愿及其影响因素 被引量:1

Willingness to work and influencing factors of grass-roots AIDS prevention and control personnel

摘要 目的探讨广西壮族自治区南宁市基层艾滋病防控(以下简称“艾防”)人员的工作意愿及其影响因素。方法于2021年6—10月,对南宁市辖区的乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心、县(区)疾控中心(简称“CDC”)的艾防人员进行问卷调查,分析艾防人员工作意愿及其影响因素。结果现有的基层艾防人员队伍中仅有48.62%表示愿意长期从事艾防工作,其中,县(区)CDC的工作愿意率为71.64%,高于乡镇卫生院(44.78%)和社区卫生服务中心(35.09%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.582,P<0.01)。工作任务重、压力大,工作难度大、难协调,人力不足、工作量大、福利待遇低是基层艾防人员不愿意长期从事该项工作的主要原因。多因素分析结果显示,工作压力是乡镇卫生院艾防人员工作意愿的不利因素。工作条件满意度和承担工作满意度是乡镇卫生院艾防人员工作意愿的有利因素。承担工作满意度是社区卫生服务中心和县(区)CDC艾防人员工作意愿的有利因素。月收入待遇是县(区)CDC艾防人员工作意愿的不利因素。结论南宁市现有基层艾防人员工作意愿处于较低水平,人员队伍的稳定性面临着较大威胁。工作条件满意度、承担工作满意度、工作压力和月收入待遇等方面是影响基层艾滋病防控人员队伍的因素。 Objective To explore the willingness to work and influencing factors of AIDS prevention and control personnel in Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods From June to October 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted on AIDS prevention and control personnel who worked for township hospitals,community health service centers,and county(district)centers for disease control and prevention(CDC)in Nanning City,to analyze the willingness to work of AIDS prevention and control personnel and its influencing factors.Results Only 48.62%of all grass-roots AIDS prevention and control personnel expressed their willingness to engage in long-term AIDS prevention and control job.Among them,the willingness to work rate of county(district)CDC was 71.64%,which was higher than that of township hospitals(44.78%)and community health service centers(35.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.582,P<0.01).The main reasons why grass-roots AIDS prevention and control personnel are reluctant to engage in this work for a long time are heavy tasks,high pressure,difficult work and coordination,insufficient manpower,and low welfare benefits.The results of the multivariate analysis showed that,work pressure is a negative factor for the willingness to work of AIDS prevention and control personnel in township hospitals.The satisfaction of working conditions and undertaking work are positive factors for the willingness to work of AIDS prevention and control personnel in township hospitals.The satisfaction of undertaking work is a positive factor for the willingness to work for AIDS prevention and control personnel in community health service centers and county(district)CDC.However,monthly income treatment is a negative factor for the willingness to work of county(district)CDC AIDS prevention and control personnel.Conclusion The willingness to work of grass-roots AIDS prevention and control personnel at a low level in Nanning,and the stability of the personnel team are facing a great threat.The satisfaction of working conditions,undertaking work,working pressure,and monthly income treatment are the factors that affect the ranks of grass-roots AIDS prevention and control personnel.
