乌鲁木齐市疾控机构工作人员培训频次需求调查及影响因素分析 被引量:2

Survey and analysis on influencing factors for demand for training frequency of staff from disease control institutions in Urumqi

摘要 目的了解乌鲁木齐市疾控机构工作人员对培训频次需求调查情况及影响因素,为后期培训工作提供科学指导。方法使用问卷调查方法对乌鲁木齐市、区(县)两级疾控机构工作人员开展调查,收集调查对象的一般资料、能力恐慌情况、历史培训情况、频次期望情况,使用R语言进行统计分析。结果应调查1180人,有效应答1112人,有效应答率为94.24%。培训频次认为每周一次109人(构成比为9.80%);每月一次527人(构成比为47.39%);每季度一次351人(构成比为31.56%);每半年一次89人(构成比为8.00%);每年一次36人(构成比为3.24%)。选择长间隔培训人员476人(构成比为42.81%),选择短间隔培训人员636人(构成比为57.19%)。影响疾控机构工作人员选择培训间隔的主要因素为工作年限、学历、职称。工作年限2年及以下的比2年以上的选择短间隔的几率高出3.189倍。学历在本科及以下的比大专及以下的选择短间隔的几率要高出1.817倍。初级及以上职称的比无职称的选择短间隔的几率要高出1.385倍。结论不同群体对培训频次需求有差异,结合需求可重点对新进人员、高学历、有职称的人员进行高频次培训。 Objectives To understand demand surveys and factors on the training frequency of staff from disease prevention and control institutions in Urumqi,and to provide scientific guidance for training.Methods A questionnaire survey technique was applied to conduct survey on staff from disease prevention and control institutions at the city and district(county)levels in Urumqi,and general information,ability panics,historical training and frequency expectation of the respondents were collected,and R language was applied for statistical analysis.Results A total of 1180 people are planned to be surveyed,1112 people with an effective response rate of 94.24%responded effectively.In terms of the training frequency,109 cases on a weekly basis(with a constituent ratio of 9.80%);527 cases on a monthly basis(with a constituent ratio of 47.39%);351 cases on a quarter basis(with a constituent ratio of 31.56%);89 cases on a semiannual basis(with a constituent ratio of 8.00%);and 36 cases on an annual basis(with a constituent ratio of 3.24%)were recognized with respect to the training frequency.It was found that 476 cases(with a constituent ratio of 42.81%)and 636 cases(with a constituent ratio of 57.19%)chose long and short interval trainers respectively.The main factors influencing the selection of staff on the training interval in the disease prevention&control institutions were years of working,education background and professional title.CDC staff who worked for 2 years or less were 3.189 times more likely to choose short intervals than those worked more than 2 years,CDC staff with bachelor′s degree or below were 1.817 times more likely to choose short intervals than those with college degree or above,and patients with junior professional title or above were 1.385 times more likely to choose short intervals than those without professional title.Conclusion The training frequency is required to vary for different groups,and high-frequency trainings for new recruited staff,highly educated staff and staff with professional title are preferentially supported by combining demands.
