摘要
目的探讨骨关节结核与ABO血型间的相关性,为骨关节结核的预防和治疗提供依据。方法选取2011年3月~2016年10月住院的骨关节结核病人433例进行系统的ABO血型分布分析,以同期体检中心5878名健康体检人群为对照,分析ABO血型与骨关节结核的相关性及相对危险度。结果①健康人群ABO血型分布为:A型25.5%(1499/5878)、B型34.7%(2042/5878)、O型29.9%(1751/5878)、AB型10.0%(586/5878),各血型分布比例顺序为B>O>A>AB;433例骨关节结核病人的ABO血型分布为:A型22.2%(96/433)、B型31.0%(134/433)、O型34.9%(151/433)、AB型12.0%(52/433),各血型分布比例顺序为O>B>A>AB,组间分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.036<0.05);②相对危险度分析:O型血的相对危险度最高,AB型血的相对危险度次之,A型、B型血的相对危险度最低。结论骨关节结核病人中O型血比例及相对危险度均高于健康人群,O型血是骨关节结核的风险因子。
Objective To explore the correlation between bone-joint tuberculosis and ABO blood type,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of bone-joint tuberculosis.Methods A total of 433 cases of bone-joint tuberculosis patients hospitalized from March 2011 to October 2016 were selected for systematic ABO blood group distribution analysis.The correlation between ABO blood group and bone-joint tuberculosis and the relative risk were analyzed by taking 5878 healthy people in the Physical Examination Center during the same period as the control group.Results①The distribution of ABO blood type in healthy people was 25.5%(1499/5878)for type A,34.7%(2042/5878)for type B,29.9%(1751/5878)for type O,and10.0%(586/5878)for type AB,the order of proportion of each blood type distribution is B>O>A>AB.The ABO blood group distribution of 433 patients with bone-joint tuberculosis was:type A 22.2%(96/433),type B 31.0%(134/433),type O 34.9%(151/433),type AB 12.0%(52/433),the distribution order of each blood type was O>B>A>AB.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P=0.036<0.05).②Relative risk analysis:the relative risk was highest for type O blood,followed by AB blood,and lowest for type A and B blood.Conclusion The proportion and relative risk of type O blood in bone-joint tuberculosis patients are higher than those in healthy people.Type O blood is a risk factor of bone-joint tuberculosis.
