甲基苯丙胺中毒对大鼠损伤和死亡影响的初步研究

摘要 目的探讨甲基苯丙胺中毒和损伤同时存在的条件下,二者在死亡过程中的相互影响。方法采用SD大鼠,分为甲基苯丙胺中毒组、损伤组、甲基苯丙胺合并损伤组。首先建立大鼠甲基苯丙胺中毒模型,制模后损伤组大鼠分别进行双侧股骨骨折处理及内眦取血造成失血损伤,并对注射甲基苯丙胺量按1.5 mg/(kg·次)递增,直至半数以上大鼠死亡。结果甲基苯丙胺中毒组腹腔注射量增至11 mg/kg时死亡10%;损伤组无死亡;甲基苯丙胺中毒合并损伤组中股骨骨折处理大鼠腹腔注射量增至11 mg/kg时死亡60%、内眦取血组死亡100%,死亡大鼠的器官组织损坏程度要比中毒组死亡者轻。结论甲基苯丙胺中毒合并损伤组大鼠死亡率高于中毒组及损伤组,甲基苯丙胺中毒合并损伤组中内眦取血造成失血损伤对死亡的影响大于股骨骨折。 Objective To study the mutual effect on death process if the rats were poisoned by methamphetamine and sustained the injuries at the same time.Methods adult male rats were divided into three groups,poisoned group;injured group poisoned and injured group.Firstly to create poisoning model on rats;secondly the injured group will be broken legs on both side and collected blood samples on orbit venous(blood loss injury),injected methamphetamine solution to abdominal cavity,to increase dose from1.5mg/(kg)each time until majority of rats were dead.Results One rat was dead when the methamphetamine solution reached 11 mg/kg;injured group survived at the same time;Six rats which had poisoned and broken legs were dead when the methamphetamine solution reached 11 mg/kg;10 rats which be collected orbit venous blood were dead when the methamphetamine solution reached 11mg/kg.Conclusion The rat death rate of poisoned and injured group was higher than poisoned group or injured group,The blood loss effect of taking orbit venous on death process was more serious than broken leg group.
