摘要
柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤最早出自《伤寒论》,其主要功效为和解少阳、重镇安神。其临床应用广泛,特别对于绝经前后精神、神经方面的疾病有较好疗效。绝经前后妇女肾气渐亏,天癸将竭,而左归丸主要功效为滋阴补肾、益精填髓。主要阐述了柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合左归丸加减治疗肝郁肾虚证绝经前后诸证的疗效及体会。
Chaihu and longgu and Oyster decoction was first written in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Its main effect is to soothe Shaoyang and calm the nerves in key towns.It is widely used in clinical practice,especially for mental and neurological diseases before and after menopause.Before and after menopause women kidney qi gradually deficit,tiangui will be exhausted,and zuogui pill its main effect for nourishing Yin and kidney,essence filling.Therefore,this article mainly discusses the efficacy and experience of chaihu plus longgu oyster soup and zuogui pill in the treatment of the syndrome of stagnation of liver and deficiency of kidney before and after menopause.
