摘要
目的:探讨NBI内镜下氩离子凝固术联合加味旋代颗粒对治疗慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2020年1月广西中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的120例慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎患者,分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。两组先行NBI内镜下APC治疗,治疗组术后予加味旋代颗粒组方,对照组术后予口服雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片,两组疗程均为3个月。结果:两组临床症状疗效、胃镜下疗效、病理组织学疗效比较,治疗组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在改善炎性病变、不典型增生方面,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NBI内镜下氩离子凝固术联合加味旋代颗粒治疗慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎的疗效与对照组相当,加味旋代颗粒在改善炎性病变、不典型增生方面优于对照组。中医药联合现代医学技术治疗慢性隆起糜烂性胃炎方面具有不可替代的作用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of argon ion coagulation combined with Modified Xuandai granules under NBI endoscopy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic protruding erosive gastritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a treatment group of 60 patients and a control group of 60 patients.The first treatment was APC under NBI endoscopy in the two groups.The treatment group was given Modified Xuandai granule formula after surgery,while the control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets orally after surgery.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).In terms of improving inflammatory lesions and atypical hyperplasia,there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of argon ion coagulation under NBI endoscopy combined with Modified Xuandai granules in the treatment of chronic protruding erosive gastritis was comparable to that of the control group,and Modified Xuandai granule is superior to the control group in improving inflammatory lesions and atypical hyperplasia.TCM combined with modern medical technology plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of chronic protuberant erosive gastritis.
