摘要
目的:运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),分析中医药治疗颅脑损伤的组方用药规律。方法:借助中医传承辅助平台,收集中文期刊数据库(CNKI)中中医药治疗颅脑损伤的处方,整理、分析组方用药规律。结果:共检索出289篇文献,收录105首处方,涉及中药151味,频次>10以上的药物有30味,高频药对44个,获得核心药物组合18个,挖掘出新处方9个。结论:治疗颅脑损伤以活血化瘀类药物为核心,辅以开窍豁痰、平肝熄风类药物。
Objective:Used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)(V2.5)to analyze the prescription and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of craniocerebral injury.Methods:With the aid of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software,the literatures on the treatment of craniocerebral injury by using traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in CNKI database were collected,and the prescriptions of TCM for the treatment of brain injury were sorted out and the prescriptions were analyzed.Results:A total of 289 articles were selected,included 105 prescriptions,medicine involving 151 flavors,30 drugs with frequency>10 or above,44 high-frequency drug combinations,18 core drug combinations were obtained and 9 new prescriptions were excavated.Conclusion:The treatment of craniocerebral injury is based on drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplemented by drugs for resuscitating and eliminating phlegm,and calming liver and dispelling wind.
