摘要
目的:观察评估凉血消疕丸联合地奈德乳膏治疗反向性银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取反向性银屑病患者76例,按随机法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组仅给予地奈德乳膏外擦,观察组采用地奈德乳膏外擦加凉血消疕丸联合治疗,连续用药后,对比两组患者治疗前和治疗后的临床疗效、复发率及不良反应。结果:经过8周治疗后,观察组患者的PASI评分从(10.13±1.52)分下降到(4.09±1.36)分,对照组患者的PASI评分从(10.03±1.31)分下降到(5.84±1.89)分,经统计学分析,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.26%,对照组不良反应发生率为5.26%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率为31.25%,对照组复发率为72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用凉血消疕丸联合地奈德乳膏治疗反向性银屑病的疗效优于单独使用地奈德乳膏疗效,能有效改善患者症状,并在一定程度上减少复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Xiaobi pills combined with desonide cream in the treatment of Inverse psoriasis.Methods:76 patients with Inverse psoriasis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given desonide cream alone,and those in the treatment group were given desonide cream combined with Liangxue Xiaobi pills,atfer continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,dverse reactions and recurrenc rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score of patients in the observation group decreased from(10.13±1.52)points to(4.09±1.36)points,the PASI score of patients in the control group decreased from(10.03±1.31)points to(5.84±1.89)points,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the oservation group was 5.26%,and that of the control group was 5.26%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate was 31.25%in the observation group and 72.73%in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Liangxue Xiaobi pill combined with desonide cream has a good curative effect on the patients with Inverse psoriasis,which was better than use desonide cream alone.It can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and rduce the recurrence rate,which was worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment of Inverse psoriasis.
