摘要
目的:探讨张仲景《伤寒论》中太阳病的用药规律。方法:录入《伤寒论》中有关所有治疗太阳病的处方,应用"中医传承辅助平台"软件,采用数据挖掘方法,分析张仲景《伤寒论》中的用药规律。结果:(1)纳入处方60首,药物共计58味;(2)处方中频次最高的前5位药物,分别为炙甘草(38)、桂枝(25)、大枣(23)、生姜(19)、半夏(13),其中炙甘草和桂枝使用最广泛;(3)聚类分析得出3~4味药核心组合10组,前4位的组合为"栀子-炙甘草-枳实""麻黄-黄芩-人参""大枣-黄芩-桂枝""黄芩-黄连-半夏",挖掘了"大枣-黄芩-桂枝-炙甘草-生姜"等新处方5首;(4)关联规则分析得到15组常用关联组合,其中置信度最高组合为桂枝-炙甘草,支持度最高组合仍不离炙甘草、桂枝。结论:张仲景继承《内经》的阴平阳秘法则,并提出"四季脾旺不受邪"的观点,治疗疾病注重辨证论治,体现了其"调理脾胃,调和阴阳"的学术思想。
Objective:To explore the medication rule of sun disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Methods:All prescriptions for the treatment of solar disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were input,and the medication rules were analyzed and data mining by using the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform.Results:60 prescriptions were included,with 58 herbs in total.The top five drugs with the highest frequency were roasted Glycyrrhiza uralensis(38),Ramulus Cinnamomi(25),Jujube(23),Ginger(19)and Pinellia ternata(13).Cluster analysis showed that there were 10 groups of core combinations of 3~4 herbs,and the top four combinations were“Gardenia-Fried licorice-Fructusa urantii”“Ephedra radix-Scutellariae radix-Ginseng”“Jujube-Scutellaria-Cinnamomi twigs”“Scutellaria baicalensis-Coptis chinensis-Rhizoma pinelliae”,and 5 new prescriptions of“Jujube-Scutellaria baicalensis-Cinnamomi twig-Roasted licorice-Ginger”were excavated.15 groups of commonly used association combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,among which the combination with the highest confidence was Cinnamon twig-Roasted licorice,and the combination with the highest support was still Roasted licorice,Cinnamon twig.Conclusion:Zhang Zhongjing inherits the principle of Yin calming Yang secret in Neijing,and puts forward the viewpoint of“spleen flourishing in four seasons without evil”,and pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of diseases,which embodies his academic thought of“regulating spleen and stomach,regulating yin and Yang”.
