摘要
新型冠状病毒具有高传染性和高隐蔽性,对人类健康产生重大威胁。网络药理学强调多靶点、多通路的调节机制,已被广泛应用于中药药理作用机制的阐述。对各省市推荐的COVID-19中药方剂或者中成药进行总结分析,阐述了各中药复方的主要活性成分、作用靶点、富集生物学过程以及作用通路等,为中药复方治疗新型冠状肺炎的深入研究提供参考。
The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)posing a major threat to human health.Network pharmacology emphasizes the regulation mechanism of multiple targets and multiple pathways,thus has been widely used in the elaboration of the pharmacological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarized and analyzed the COVID-19 traditional Chinese medicine recommended by various provinces and cities,and illustrated the main active ingredients,main targets,enriched biological processes and action pathways of each traditional Chinese medicine,and provided a reference for treating COVID-19 by the traditional Chinese medicine.
