摘要
总结中医药对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认识。以中医证素为切入点,从病位证素、病性证素两方面探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎。本病病位证素主要为肺、脾、心、肾、大肠等,病性证素主要为热、毒、湿、虚(气虚、阴虚、阳虚)、瘀、寒、脱、闭等。新型冠状病毒的中医证素研究对新冠肺炎证候的规范化研究,以及提高中医临床疗效具有现实意义。
The understanding of COVID-19 in traditional Chinese medicine was summarized.Taking TCM syndrome elements as the entry point,COVID-19 was preliminarily discussed from the two aspects of syndrome elements of disease location and syndrome elements of disease nature.The syndrome elements of disease location are mainly lung,spleen,heart,kidney,large intestine,etc.,and the syndrome elements of disease nature are heat,toxin,dampness,deficiency(Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency),blood stasis,cold,collapse,blockage,and so on.COVID-19 has made some progress in the study of syndrome elements in TCM,which has practical significance for standardizing the syndrome of COVID-19 and improving the clinical efficacy of TCM.
