摘要
目的:借助古今医案云平台软件分析中药坐浴促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的用药规律。方法:在中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库中收集肛瘘术后创面治疗文献中的中药坐浴处方,通过软件的中药统计分析、关联分析及复杂网络分析得到处方的主要药物、药对、药物功效及核心网络。结果:共纳入75个处方,116味中药,10味频次≥14的高频药物,计算得出药物四气、五味、归经、功效等。结论:方中主要药物为黄柏、苦参、芒硝、蒲公英、金银花、苍术、五倍子、大黄、冰片、赤芍、乳香、没药、黄芪、当归,以清热解毒、燥湿功效为主,佐以行气活血之药。
Objective:To use ancient and modern medical records cloud platform software to analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in the treatment of anal fistula postoperative wound healing.Methods:Collect the Chinese medicine sitz bath prescriptions in the literature on the treatment of anal fistula wounds in the databases of CNKI,Chongqing Weipu and Wanfang,and obtain the main drugs and drug pairs of the prescriptions through the statistical analysis of the software,the correlation analysis and the complex network analysis,drug efficacy and core network.Results:A total of 75 prescriptions were included,116 Chinese medicines,and 10 high-frequency medicines with frequency≥14.The four Qi,five flavours,meridian and efficacy of the medicine were calculated.Conclusion:The main medicines are Phellodendron amurense,Sophora flavescens,Glauber’s salt,Dandelion,Honeysuckle,Atractylodes,Galla chinensis,Rhubarb,Borneol,Red peony root,Frankincense,Myrrh,Astragalus,Angelica,mainly with heat-clearing,detoxifying,and damp-drying effects,supplemented by promoting Qi medicine for promoting blood circulation.
