摘要
急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(ANVU GIB)是临床常见的急危重症之一,结合ANVU GIB的病程发展阶段,妇科治崩三法——"塞流""澄源""复旧"理论可应用于治疗ANVU GIB。急性出血期当"塞流":以固摄止血,治标为要,且应将中西医多种方法并用;出血静止期,"澄源"分虚实两端,或泻火降气,或益气育阴;恢复期"复旧"即培元固本,荡涤瘀邪,以恢复人体正常生理状态。
Acute nonva riceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(ANVU GIB)is one of the most common critical diseases in clinic.Combined with the disease course of ANVU GIB,the author believes that the acute bleeding period of ANVU GIB should"plugging flow",In order to hemostatic rapidly integrated Chinese and Western medicines.After hemostasis,"clearlying sources"points at deficiency and excess,purging the pathogenic fire and descending qi,or nourishing yin and qi,"restoring origins",that is,strengthening the foundation and clean up the stasis,in order to restore the normal physiological state of the human body.
