摘要
低T3综合征常见于全身重大疾病的并发症。因其能极大程度上预测疾病的转归预后,目前中西医对此疾病研究也越来越全面,西医对是否采用甲状腺激素治疗存在很大争议。而中医学对此类疾病的病因病机、辨证分型及治疗原则等方面的认知也在不断完善。国内外研究表明慢性肾脏病患者存在甲状腺功能异常十分普遍,主要表现为低T3综合征。对慢性肾脏病合并低T3综合征的中西医治疗进展进行了综述。
Low T3 syndrome is a common complication of major systemic diseases.Because it can predict the prognosis of the disease to a great extent,Chinese and Western medicine research on this disease is becoming more and more comprehensive.Whether Western medicine is used in the treatment of thyroid hormone therapy is very controversial.And Chinese medicine's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical classification and treatment principles of such diseases is constantly improving.Studies at home and abroad show that thyroid dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease is very common,mainly manifested as low T3 syndrome.This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic kidney disease with low T3 syndrome.
