摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎是由新型冠状病毒介导的呼吸系统疾病,其致病特征与中医伏邪致病有相似之处。湿热伏邪是新型冠状病毒的主要伏邪,正气缺失是邪气内侵、内生伏邪的根本原因,基于伏邪学说指导新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床治疗,提供"扶正祛邪"的核心思路,取得了良好的效果。
The corona virus disease 2019 is a respiratory disease mediated by the corona virus and its pathogenic characteristics are similar to those of Traditional Chinese medicine.Damp-heat hidden pathogen are the main reason of the corona virus disease 2019 and the root cause of evil qi invasion and endogenous hidden pathogen due to lack of positive qi.Based on the theory of hidden pathogen the clinical treatment of the corona virus disease 2019 is guided and the core idea of"strengthen the Qi and dispel the evil"is provided and good therapeutic effect are achieved.
