摘要
目的:咳嗽是肺癌常见症状,曹勇教授认为肺癌咳嗽与痰瘀、癌毒、素体亏虚有关,痰、瘀、毒积于胸中,阻滞气机,肺气宣降失调,肺气上逆而咳;肺癌患者素体本虚,肃降无力,肺气上逆更甚,故咳尤甚。曹勇教授运用健脾补肾祛瘀法治疗肺癌咳嗽疗效颇佳,列举两则验案分析曹教授运用二陈汤加减治疗肺癌咳嗽的经验。
Cough is a common symptom of lung cancer.Professor Cao Yong believes that lung cancer cough is related to phlegm and blood stasis,carcinotoxin,deficiency of hormone body,phlegm,blood stasis,toxin accumulated in the chest,blockage of qi,imbalance of lung qi and cough on the contrary of lung qi.Lung cancer patients with deficiency of body,purging weakness,lung qi inversion is more serious,so cough is more serious.Professor Cao Yong has a good effect on lung cancer cough with the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis.Two cases are listed to illustrate Professor Cao′s experience in treating lung cancer cough with Erchen decoction.
