摘要
川藏铁路沿线具有复杂的地质结构、极端的地理环境和罕见的气象特征,项目工程建设要面临着高原高寒、风沙气候、山川河谷、板块运动、地质灾害和生态环保等难题。因此有必要从铁路信息化、智能化发展角度打造智能川藏铁路系统,以便对川藏铁路的建设工作具有重要支撑作用。剖析国内外关于智能铁路系统的应用和研究现状,从川藏铁路沿线地质结构、气候特征、地理环境等方面分析川藏铁路工程的总体建设特征,从施工建造、运营维护和客货运输方面指出建设智能川藏铁路的必要性,明确智能川藏铁路的建设目标与主要功能,给出智能川藏铁路建设主要技术和基于智能建造、智能运营维护、智能风险预警和智能应急响应的系统设计,并提出建设智能川藏铁路的相关对策建议。
The Sichuan-Tibet railway has complicated geological structure,extreme geographical environment and rare meteorological characteristics.,The project construction is faced with many problems,such as alpine plateau,sandstorm climate,mountains,valleys,plate movement,geological hazards and ecological environment protection.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and build an intelligent Sichuan-Tibet railway system from the perspective of railway informatization and intelligent development,in order to play an important role in ensuring the construction of Sichuan-Tibet railway.Analysis the Application and Research Status of Intelligent Railway System at Home and Abroad.Analysis of the overall construction characteristics of Sichuan-Tibet railway project from the aspects of climatic environment and geological characteristics along Sichuan-Tibet railway,the necessity of building intelligent Sichuan-Tibet railway is pointed out from the aspects of construction,operation and maintenance and passenger and freight transportation.Defining the construction objectives and main functions of intelligent Sichuan-Tibet railway,giving the main technology of intelligent Sichuan-Tibet railway construction and the system design based on Intelligent construction,intelligent operation and maintenance,intelligent risk warning and intelligent emergency response,putting forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of intelligent Sichuan-Tibet railway.
