摘要
知识管理的概念日渐得到深化,教育界和管理界也越发重视隐性知识的概念。隐性知识是高层次创新人才培养的基础养料,也是企业形成核心竞争力的关键资源。艺术管理领域也应注重个人隐性知识的挖掘和利用,从而实现剧院团的无形资产的增值。本文探究了艺术管理者管理隐性知识的路径,以求艺术管理者个人知识的迭代和工作效率的提升。
The concept of knowledge management is getting deeper and deeper,and the education and management circles are paying more attention to the concept of tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge is the basic nutrient for the cultivation of high-level innovative talents,and it is also a key resource for enterprises to form core competitiveness.The field of arts management should also focus on the mining and utilization of personal tacit knowledge,so as to realize the value-added of the intangible assets of the theater.This paper explores the path of arts managers managing tacit knowledge in order to seek the iterative and artistic efficiency of arts managers’personal knowledge.
