摘要
探讨痛风散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的镇痛活性及比较两种种属的"大风草"组成的组方一与组方二的镇痛活性。以小鼠扭体反应观察痛风散的镇痛作用。组方一的阳性组、中剂量组和低剂量组与空白组比较,镇痛作用显著(P<0.05),且中剂量组镇痛活性最好,扭体抑制率为61.25%;组方一与组方二镇痛活性比较中,两者与空白对照组相比,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),且组方一的扭体抑制率(57.19%)高于组方二的扭体抑制率(33.23%)。痛风散水提物具有较强的镇痛作用,组方一的镇痛活性强于组方二的镇痛活性,且中剂量为最佳活性剂量,为下一步痛风散的抗炎实验及其它活性指标的筛选实验提供剂量参考与药理学依据。
To explore the analgesic activity of Tongfeng Powder in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and to compare the analgesic activity of the first and second prescriptions composed of two species of"Dafengcao".The analgesic effect of Tongfeng Powder was observed with the writhing reaction of mice.Compared with the blank group,the positive group,middle-dose group and low-dose group of group 1 had significant analgesic effects(P<0.05),and the middle-dose group had the best analgesic activity,with a writhing inhibition rate of 61.25%;group 1 Compared with the analgesic activity of the second prescription,the two have significant differences compared with the empty control group(P<0.05),and the writhing inhibition rate of the first prescription(57.19%)is higher than that of the second prescription.Body inhibition rate(33.23%).The water extract of Tongfeng Powder has a strong analgesic effect.The analgesic activity of the first prescription is stronger than that of the second prescription.The target dose is the optimal active dose,which is the next step for the anti-inflammatory experiment and other activities of the Tongfeng powder The index screening experiment provides dose reference and pharmacological basis.
