渤海P油田稳油控水多维配套方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 渤海P油田是渤海特大型油田,面临多小层合采层间干扰、单层注水突进严重、油水井合采合注限制增产措施和测试作业等问题,急需开展油水井双向治理多维配套方法研究以达稳油控水的目的。在油井端,创新采用大排量打水解堵新型解堵手段,解决油田平面及层间矛盾。通过文献调研、动静态数据分析整理并结合解堵力学计算,分析出解堵措施效果的影响因素、解堵机理并制定出解堵井选井原则。在水井端,油田探索利用转向酸分流解堵治理统注水井,该工艺具有水井解堵和调剖的双重效果。通过转向酸"高堵低流"特性改造水井纵向吸水剖面,从而改善井组油井含水上升率过高的现状。结果表明,措施后油井增油效果明显,整套工艺方式适用于渤海P油田。油田产能得到良好释放并取得良好开发效果。 Bohai P Oilfield is a super large oilfield in Bohai Sea,The oilfield is faced with problems such as interference between multiple and small layers of combined production,serious single-layer water injection,and limited stimulation measures and test operations for combined oil and water wells.it is urgent to carry out research on multi-dimensional supporting methods of two-way control of oil and water wells in order to achieve the purpose of stabilizing oil and water.At the oil well end,the innovative use of a new type of plugging removal method for hydrolysis and plugging with large displacement is used to solve the contradictions between oilfield planes and layers.This project analyzes the effects of the plugging removal measures through literature research,dynamic and static data analysis,and combined with the calculation of plug removal mechanics Influencing factors,mechanism of plugging removal and well selection principles for plugging removal wells At the end of the well,the oilfield explored the use of diverting acid to remove plugging and remediation of integrated water injection wells.This process has the dual effects of water well plugging removal and profile control.The vertical water absorption profile of the well is modified through the characteristics of high blocking and low flow of diverting acid to improve the well group.The current situation of excessively high water cut rise rate in oil wells.The above two-way control measures for oil and water wells have been pilot tested in the Bohai P oilfield.The effect of the measures shows that the oil well oil increase effect is obvious after the measures,and the entire process method is suitable for the Bohai P oilfield.The production capacity of the oilfield has been well released and good development results have been achieved.
