摘要
综述了硼中子俘获(BNCT)治疗方法在人脑恶性胶质瘤方面的最新进展,主要从目前国际上主要研究机构的BNCT治疗数据入手,分析了这一治疗方法存在的问题和发展方向,也总结了本课题组在含硼药物合成方面的工作进展,同时对国内发展这一领域提出了建设性意见。
This article reviews the latest developments in the treatment of boron neutron capture in human brain malignant gliomas.It mainly starts with the current BNCT treatment data of major international research institutions and analyzes the problems and development directions of this treatment.It also summarized the progress of the research group in the synthesis of boron-containing drugs,and put forward constructive opinions on the domestic development of this field.
