地浸采铀除垢解堵工艺进展 被引量:4

摘要 地浸铀矿开采中常常面临抽注井垢物堵塞和矿层渗透率下降导致的浸出体系溶液抽注能力下降等问题。垢物的存在易使树脂发生中毒,影响铀产品质量与产能;浸出液扩散路径改变,污染地下环境;降低生产效率与安全系数等,因此除垢解堵技术也成为地浸采铀工艺最为关注的内容之一。从垢的产生、组分等角度对生产中的垢进行了调研,对除垢方法进行分类梳理,且对化学防(除)垢剂的发展、分类及其作用机理进行了分析,归纳并剖析了当前防(除)垢效果评价方法的现状,对地浸采铀除垢解堵技术原则与方法提出了建议参考。 In the mining of in-situ leaching uranium ore,there are often problems such as the clogging of the pumping wells and the decline of the leaching system solution pumping capacity caused by the decrease of the permeability of the ore layer.The presence of scales is easy to poison the resin,affecting the quality and productivity of uranium products;the diffusion path of the leaching solution changes,polluting the underground environment;reducing the production efficiency and safety factor,etc.,so the descaling and blocking technology has become the most concerned in the in-situ leaching uranium mining process.One of the contents.Investigate the scale in production from the perspectives of scale generation and components,sort out the descaling methods,and analyze the development,classification and mechanism of chemical anti-scaling(de-scaling)agents,summarize and analyze The current status of the evaluation methods of anti-scaling(removal)effect provides suggestions and references for the technical principles and methods of in-situ leaching uranium descaling and plugging removal.
