PCR技术对三七、人参、西洋参鉴别中的研究进展

摘要 目的:分析总结近年来多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法在人参属药材鉴定方面的研究并进行综述,以期为三七、人参、西洋参的鉴别提供依据。方法:通过查找并分析相关文献,总结归纳有效鉴别三七、人参、西洋参的PCR技术要点,帮助区分这些植物药材。结果:找出适合三者同时鉴别的方法。PCR技术可通过构建具有高度特异性的引物组合,将三七、人参和西洋参的DNA序列进行扩增,并通过凝胶电泳、荧光定量等方法鉴定结果。这种方法不仅能够快速准确地鉴别三者,还能够检测到不同植物材料中的混样情况,为植物药材的品质控制提供了可靠的手段。结论:PCR方法具有广泛的适用性和可靠性。通过这种方法,我们可以在鉴别植物药材的过程中节省时间、提高准确度,并为相关领域的研究和产业应用提供有力支持。 Objective:To analyze and summarize the research on the identification of Panax ginseng in recent years by multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR)methods,with a view to providing a basis for the identification of Panax notoginseng,Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium.Methods:By searching and analyzing the relevant literature,we summarized the key points of PCR technology for the effective identification of Panax notoginseng,Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium,which can help to differentiate these botanicals.Results:To find a suitable method for the simultaneous identification of Panax notoginseng,Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium,PCR can amplify the DNA sequences of Panax notoginseng,Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium by constructing primer combinations with a high degree of specificity,and then characterize the results by gel electrophoresis,fluorescence quantification and other methods.This method is not only able to identify the three quickly and accurately,but also able to detect mixed samples in different plant materials,providing a reliable means for quality control of plant medicinal materials.Conclusion:The PCR method has wide applicability and reliability.With this method,we can save time and improve accuracy in the process of identifying plant medicinal materials,and provide strong support for research and industrial applications in related fields.
