头花蓼与尼泊尔蓼的性状、显微鉴别研究

摘要 目的:研究头花蓼及其相似品尼泊尔蓼的外观性状和粉末显微特征,以期为头花蓼和尼泊尔蓼的鉴别提供科学依据。方法:采用性状及显微鉴定法对头花蓼及尼泊尔蓼的茎、叶、果实等及粉末显微特征进行研究,并比较两者的异同点。结果:头花蓼是匍匐生长,红褐色,茎呈黑褐色,有腺毛,叶片展开为椭圆形,具新月形斑点,花序红色,花被是5裂深,果实表面具波浪纹理,卵圆形,具3棱;尼泊尔蓼茎直立或倾斜,灰棕色,茎暗棕色,侧面有小凹槽,无腺毛,叶片具有白色腺点,展开卵圆形,花序白色或紫红色,花被4裂深,果实表面光滑,宽卵形,双凸镜状。头花蓼粉末红褐色,含有草酸钙簇晶和方晶,导管有螺纹导管、梯状网纹导管、环纹导管、网纹导管和孔纹导管,淀粉粒,表皮细胞和木栓细胞;尼泊尔蓼粉末灰棕色,含有草酸钙簇晶和块晶,导管有螺纹导管、环纹导管和网纹导管,淀粉粒和表皮细胞。结论:头花蓼和尼泊尔廖的植物形态、药材性状和粉末显微性状具有一定差异,可作为鉴别依据。 Objective:To provide scientific basis for the differential diagnosis of Polygonum capitum and PolygPolygonum Nepali,we studied the morphological characteristics and powder microscopic characteristics of Polygonum capitum and PolygPolygonum Nepali.Methods:The microscopic characteristics of stem,leaf,fruit and powder of Polygonum capitum and PolygPolygonum Nepali were studied by trait and microscopic identification methods,and the similarities and differences between the two groups were compared.Results:Polygonum capitum is creeping,reddish-brown,stems are dark brown,glandular hair,leaves are oval,crescent-shaped spots,inflorescons are red,perianth is 5-split deep,fruit surface is wavy texture,ovoid,with 3 edges,while PolygPolygonum Nepali is erect or tilted,grey-brown,stems are dark brown,side has small groove,no glandular hair,leaves have white glandular spots,oval,petals are red,perianth is 5-split deep,fruit surface is ovoid with wavy texture,3 edges.Inflorescences white or purplish red,perianth 4-split deep,fruit surface smooth,broadly ovate,biconvex mirror.Polygonum capitum powder was red brown and contained calcium oxalate clusters and square crystals,conduits were threaded conduits,ladder reticular conduits,ring conduits,reticular conduits and perforated conduits,starch granules,epidermal cells and cork cells,while PolygPolygonum Nepali powder was grey brown and contained calcium oxalate clusters and block crystals,conduits were threaded conduits,ring conduits and reticular conduits,starch granules and epidermal cells.Conclusions:There are some differences in plant morphology,medicinal properties and powder microscopic properties between Polygonum capitum and PolygPolygonum Nepali,which can be used as a basis for identification.
