摘要
目的:探索并优化流苏石斛颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以鲜流苏石斛为实验对象,采用星点设计-效应面法和总评归一值法,以制粒情况、成型率、水分、溶化性、休止角作为相关评价指标。在试验范围内:以稀释剂的用量(4∶1~1∶4)、润湿剂乙醇的浓度(60%~90%)作为考察因素,优选出流苏石斛颗粒的最佳成型工艺,并对优选出的最佳成型进行验证试验。结果:流苏石斛颗粒的最佳成型工艺为:稀释剂用量(鲜流苏石斛干粉:糊精=1∶2.5),润湿剂乙醇的浓度为70%。验证试验的平均总评OD值为0.7487,与预测值(0.7356)的偏差率为1.78%。结论:星点设计-效应面法适用于流苏石斛颗粒制备工艺的优化,对相应试验指标有较好的优选性和预测性,所得的工艺方法合理可行。
Objective:To explore and optimize the preparation process of Dendrobium fimbriatum.Methods:Taking fresh Dendrobium fimbriatum as the experimental object,the central composite design-response surface method and overall normalized value method were used.The granulating conditions,molding rate,water content,solubility and angle of repose of Dendrobium fimbriatum granules were taken as evaluation indexes.In the experimental range:the amount of diluent(4∶1~1∶4)and the concentration of wetting agent ethanol(60%~90%)were used as the investigation factors to optimize the best molding process of Dendrobium fimbriatum granules,and the optimal molding was verified.Results:The optimum molding process of Dendrobium granules was as follows:the amount of diluent(fresh Dendrobium fimbriatum dry powder:dextrin=1∶2.5),the concentration of wetting agent ethanol was 70%.The average overall OD value of the validation test was 0.7487,and the deviation rate from the predicted value(0.7356)was 1.78%.Conclusion:The central composite design-response surface method is suitable for the optimization of the preparation process of Dendrobium fimbriatum granules.It has good optimization and predictability for the corresponding test indexes,and the obtained process method is reasonable and feasible.
