费菜成份含量测定及费菜总黄酮抗氧化研究

摘要 为了了解费菜中的成份及功效,本文探究费菜汁和渣中总黄酮的含量,以及费菜叶中总黄酮的抗氧化活性。为了试验结果更精确,该文以总黄酮简便并最优的提取工艺分别提取出费菜汁总黄酮并分析它们的含量。通过探究费菜总黄酮对自由基的清除能力和总还原力,以抗坏血酸(VC)为阳性对照物,对比评估费菜总黄酮的抗氧化活性。 In order to study the composition and efficacy of Phyllanthus angustifolia,the content of total flavonoids in juice and residue and the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in leaves were studied.In order to get more accurate results,the total flavonoids in Feicai juice were extracted by simple and optimal extraction process and their contents were analyzed.By exploring the free radical scavenging ability and total reducing power of total flavonoids,the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids was compared and evaluated with ascorbic acid(VC)as the positive control.
