摘要
根据蓄能器的工作原理,蓄能器在除鳞系统中的作用,介绍了除鳞系统中蓄能器的选型计算。蓄能器作为补水功能使用时,还需要将选择的蓄能器容积与生产线的轧制时序表和轧制周期内的水量消耗表进行复核计算,确认压力波动范围是否满足设计要求。
According to the working principle of the accumulator and the function of the accumulator in the descaling system,this paper introduces the selection and calculation of the accumulator in the descaling system.When the accumulator is used as a water supplement function,it is also necessary to recheck and calculate the selected accumulator volume with the rolling sequence table and the water consumption table in the rolling cycle to confirm whether the pressure fluctuation range meets the design requirements.
