摘要
煤岩识别技术作为是采煤机智能化开采的关键技术,通过对煤岩介质的精准识别可以实现采煤机截割过程中的滚筒自动调高问题。文章从四个物理场综述了煤岩识别多种方法及其优缺点。并基于干涉成像原理建立了煤岩界面识别模型,简要分析了识别系统研制过程与现场的实际应用。该系统可实现煤岩界面的实时、动态识别,这对促进煤岩精准识别,推动新时代采煤机智能化进程提供重要的技术手段和工业价值。
As the key technology of coal mining machine intelligent mining,coal and rock identification technology can realize the problem of automatic roller height adjustment during the cutting process of coal mining machine through the accurate identification of coal and rock media.The article summarizes various methods and their advantages and disadvantages of coal and rock identification from four physical fields.And based on the principle of interference imaging,a coalrock interface recognition model was established,and the development process of the recognition system and the actual application on site were briefly analyzed.The system can realize real-time and dynamic identification of coal and rock interfaces,which provides important technical means and industrial value for promoting the accurate identification of coal and rock and the intelligent process of coal shearers in the new era.
