文创类创新创业教学成果孵化体制机制的探索与研究——以吉林动画学院为例

摘要 当前,在国家"大众创业,万众创新"政策驱动下,尤其是,2015年发布《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发【2015】36号)后,各高校根据实施意见要求大力发展和建设针对大学生创新创业能力培养的双创基地。文化创意产业以其门槛低、投入少、成功率高的特点,成为大学生创新创业实践的热门方向。本文剖析吉林动画学院创新创业孵化平台的建立、运营机制,探讨文化创意产业类大学生创新创业基地的建设模式,面向其他艺术类或具备文创类专业的高校建设创新创业基地提供相关借鉴。
