摘要
目的:落实上海市卫生健康委员会以便捷就医数字化转型工作方案和要求,浦东新区卫生健康委员会加快推进卫生健康数字化转型探索。方法:利用浦东卫生信息化建设的基础,建设了“便捷就医”7个重点场景、多个智慧医疗特色场景。结果:浦东新区通过以流程再造、就医便捷、管理智慧全场景的数字化转型,总体形成7+X的“便捷就医服务”数字化转型场景链。结论:通过多种举措改进服务模式,优化服务流程,创新便捷就医新模式,改善患者就医感受。
Objective To implement the working plan and requirements of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission for the digital transformation of convenient medical service,Health Commission of Pudong New Area accelerates the exploration of digital transformation of healthcare.Methods Based on the foundation of Pudong’s healthcare information construction,seven key scenarios of"Convenient Medical Service"and several scenarios of smart healthcare characteristics were built.Results Pudong New Area has formed a 7+X digital transformation scenario chain of"Convenient Medical Service"through the digital transformation of the whole scenario of process reengineering,convenient medical service and smart management.Conclusion In digital transformation of"Convenient Medical Service"in Pudong New Area,various measures are taken to improve the service mode,optimize the service process,and innovate a new model of convenient medical service,so as to improve patients’medical experience.
