5G+智慧医疗赋能出生缺陷罕见病精准防控的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 移动互联网及物联网的发展催生第五代移动通信技术,其高通量、低时延、大连接的三大优势推动了智慧医疗更多新业态和新模式的出现。总结归纳5G技术在出生缺陷与罕见病防控的应用场景及发展瓶颈,分别在基因计算分析云平台、远程协同诊疗平台和专病数据库建设等方面进行了积极探索与实践,旨在推进出生缺陷罕见病诊疗技术的创新和转化,形成覆盖全生命周期的出生缺陷防控和诊治体系。5G+出生缺陷罕见病防控模式能够满足基因诊断、远程医疗、多学科诊疗和科研数据管理等功能需要,可实现与医联体基层医疗机构及偏远地区互联互通和信息共享,对出生缺陷防控信息化和智慧医院建设具有应用价值。 The development of the mobile Internet and the Internet of Things has given birth to the fifth generation of mobile communication technology.The advantages of high throughput,low delay and large connection have promoted the emergence of more new business forms and new models of wise information technology.This paper summarizes the application scenarios and development bottlenecks of 5 G technology in the prevention and control of birth defects and rare diseases.The cloud platform for gene computing analysis,telemedicine platform and specialized disease database construction have been actively explored and practiced,which is aim to promote the innovation and transformation of diagnosis and treatment technology,and form a birth defects prevention and treatment system covering the whole life cycle.The model of prevention and control can meet the needs of gene diagnosis,telemedicine,multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment and scientific research data management,can realize the interconnection and information sharing with the primary healthcare institutions and remote areas of integrated care,and has application value for birth defects prevention and control information and smart hospital construction.
